These items may be dispatched directly to you from a third party distributor. By placing an order, you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with trusted suppliers.
For multiple products we might use different suppliers for the same order, therefore it may happen the items are delivered on different days according to the supplier, but always by the term given.
Often we use 3rd party fulfillments, this may include the 3rd party’s logo on packaging, we use a third party for shipping as it omits the postage cost for the customer. This allows our products to remain very competitively priced.
We may also re-use packaging when appropriate as an attempt to reduce our overall environmental impact on the planet.
Please note that if there are any problems, contact us giving the full details of any problem along with your user ID.
All of our products ship directly from our different warehouses across the United Kingdom so you get your items quickly and in perfect condition. We know how important it is for you to get what you ordered and get it fast.
Our products are a 100% authentic. We work with the biggest suppliers of high quality products to bring you only the best items. It is very important to us that we put our customers first and you will see this reflected in every transaction with us. We consider it a top priority that our customers are happy and in the rare event that they are not, we do everything we can to fix the situation. No customer will walk away from our store unhappy. If there’s a problem, just let us know and we fix it. We guarantee you only the best experience when shopping with us!
Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
Payment must be received within 3 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 3 working days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.
You will be notified on the day that your items have been dispatched.
Once you receive your items, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report said damage within 24 hours . If all is well please leave a positive feedback, so we are aware that you have received your items and you are happy with them. If there are any problems, please contact us first and provide us full details of any problem.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the payment is received in the due time as listed above.
Goods will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
Our stock all ships from our UK-based warehouses and are shipped via Hermes, UPS or Royal Mail (depending on location and package weight). Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 24 hours of your payment being processed. Check our feedback to see the great reviews of FAST shipping we offer.
For orders placed before 12 PM, we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days. Once shipped, most orders take 2 days to arrive, occasionally (especially on festive seasons as Christmas or Black Friday) up to 6 days and in extraordinary cases 7-10 days. Delivery to Remote/Rural Areas Standard delivery can take up to 8 working days to specific postal code areas. Delivery for large items to these postcodes may vary according to ferry schedules.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel or others.
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for our products. You can choose refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product.
When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You (the buyer) will be required to pay return and delivery costs for the item/s.
Please note that many of our suppliers may require that the item is still NOT used, NOT damaged, NOT installed and NOT connected, in order to be able to issue a replacement/refund.
All other costs that affected the item/s loss of quality or value caused by the buyer must be paid by the buyer.
All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
All returns MUST be organised through microwave-kettle-toaster-sets only; any alternative way to return an item may lead to complications in the process and delays (or impossibility) in the money refund.
We request you to try your new item/s as soon as you receive them.
Please note that any pre-existing damage of the received item/s MUST be communicated within 24 hours after the item has been received; failure to do so may result in us (on our supplier’s behalf) not granting you the return.
If the item in your opinion doesn’t correspond to pictures and/or descriptions, you MUST inform us within 24 hours after the item has been received; failure to do so may result in us (on our supplier’s behalf) not granting you the return.
If you changed your mind about the item, but nothing is wrong with the item itself (e.g. it works properly and perfectly corresponds to pictures and descriptions, we (on our supplier’s behalf) may not grant you the return.
